After more than two years of global collaboration, foundingGIDE is now approaching the final phase.

One of the most immediate milestones ahead is our third and final foundingGIDE Community Event 2026, now less than two weeks away. This event marks an important opportunity to come together, reflect on what we have built, and shape what comes next for the global image data ecosystem.

Deadlines coming up tomorrow:

• Poster abstract submissions
• In-person registration for the plenary sessions of the Community Event
• In-person registration for the Preclinical and Clinical Data Management and Analysis Workshop
• In-person registration for the Guidelines on Providing Image Analysis as a Service Workshop

Following the community event, several workshops will also be available and in parallel a hackathon on 7-8 May.

Workshop on Preclinical and Clinical Data Management and Analysis is now open for both in-person and virtual participation.

We look forward to seeing many of you at the foundingGIDE Community Event in Heidelberg, Germany or virtually.
