foundingGIDE represented at India BioImaging Community Meeting

foundingGIDE at India BioImaging

foundingGIDE was represented at this community meeting by Aastha Mathur and Shuichi Onami, highlighting our commitment to advancing interoperability and fostering global collaborations in bioimaging.

The IBI meeting focused on:

  1. Enhancing microscopy training programs.
  2. Supporting advanced training for facility staff.
  3. Addressing challenges in image data storage and analysis.
  4. Exploring avenues for expanding access to imaging facilities across India.

foundingGIDE’s participation provided a valuable opportunity to share our vision of promoting interoperability in biological and preclinical imaging data. Discussions centered on how global initiatives like foundingGIDE can support IBI’s objectives, particularly in addressing challenges around data sharing, harmonization, and infrastructure development.
