Join us for an exciting 5-day event where we will work together with experts on imaging ontologies and metadata. The event will focus on practical next steps to make these key components of image data management useful to the scientific community. More information on the hackathon can be found here.
In parallel there will be two workshops.
- OMERO Workshop (4th and 6th of November): this workshop is divided intro 3 parts:
- Workshop 1: OMERO installation and configuration
- Workshop 2: OMERO Imaging workflows, and
- Workshop 3: Advanced Analysis with OMERO
- more info here
- ilastik Workshop (5th of November): this will be a 1-day workshop on ilastik, a machine-learning-based image analysis tool, more info here.
There will be a limited number of selected participants.
